I am obsessed with this clean and whole food recipe. Great fuel without the bloat of wheat pancakes. Here is my variation for this day:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ingredients&lt;br/&gt;
- 1/2 cup Quick 1 minute oats&lt;br/&gt;
- 1/2 banana (ripe)&lt;br/&gt;
- 1/2 cup liquid egg whites&lt;br/&gt;
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds&lt;br/&gt;
- 1/2 tsp baking powder&lt;br/&gt;
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon&lt;br/&gt;
- 3 drops liquid stevia &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Preparation&lt;br/&gt;
1. Use immersion blender or regular blender to combine all of the ingredients.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. Pour small amounts of batter onto properly greased fry pan or griddle. Cook 2 minutes each side at low to medium heat. (Basically cook pancakes as you normally would)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3. Dress and garnish as you normally would. Today I used agave syrup and later topped it with vanilla yogurt.&lt;/p&gt;

I know I am not alone when I say I will encounter ‘FOOD PUSHERS’ during the holidays. It happens every year so I am preparing myself NOW! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; When all is said and done YOU need to take responsibility and be the person to say, “No, thank you”, “I will have some when I am ready”, “Thank you but not right now”, “I am getting full”, or “That’s all for me thanks&lt;span class="text_exposed_show"&gt;!” or let people in on your journey to health and fitness. If you want to eat until you feel sick, go for it, but from my own experience it’s not a pleasant feeling. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.facebook.com/jillianmichaels?group_id=0" data-hovercard="/ajax/hovercard/page.php?id=127882247420&amp;extragetparams=%7B%22group_id%22%3A0%7D" target="_blank"&gt;Jillian Michaels&lt;/a&gt; wrote this great article on FOOD PUSHERS. It reads:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Many people struggle with this common problem — their moms, dads, brothers, sisters, husbands, and wives always push food on them. I tell them exactly what I’m telling you: Acknowledge these behaviors. Recognize the problems, sit the people in question down, and let them know that you are trying to lose weight and be healthy. Tell them how they can help and support you. Chances are they’ll want to help and will be willing to learn new recipes so that they can cook for you without threatening your health and happiness.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; We count on the people closest to us to support us through thick and thin. &lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hardcore Holidays! Day 5 Stocking Stuffer: 200 Lunge Hop Ups&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It’s a cardio challenge today! Short, sweet and brutal. :)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Lunge hop ups are faboosh for your legs and will boost your heart rate SKY HIGH. It’s a super quick challenge, but you need to push yourself! Try doing 10-25 per side, and alternate til you reach your goal (throw in some planking or other moves to recover as needed: these are intense!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How To Do It&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A. Step BACK into a deep lunge.&lt;/strong&gt; Keep your chest up, weight driving through the front heel, and keep an athletic stance (core contracted, arms engaged). The front leg should be parallel to the floor. Go as deep as you can, standing taller if a deep lunge is too difficult.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. Push through the front heel to jump up in the air on one leg, while bringing the back leg forward and driving the knee up.&lt;/strong&gt;The higher the jump, the more work for your legs. Land softly, back in starting position.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/blockquote&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;To make it easier:&lt;/strong&gt; reduce range of motion. Don’t lunge as deep or jump at the end (just draw the knee in). &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;To make it harder:&lt;/strong&gt; increase range of motion: jump higher, lunge lower and go FASTER. Yay! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;Go, go, go!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
